Summer invites exercise and this can lead to muscles in need of a relaxing essential oil blend. The following recipe will ease soreness, reduce inflammation and increase circulation in the muscles
50ml Grapeseed or sweet almond oil 10 drops pure lemon eucalyptus essential oil 9 drops pure rosemary essential oil 1 drop pure black pepper essential oil Add essential oils to the vegetable oil and shake well to blend.
